Slashbang - Vectical Slice
A downloadable speed game for Windows
Download NowName your own price
Slashbang aims to be the fastest paced FPS around. Inspired by the likes of Jet Set Radio and Sonic Adventure, there's a distinct 50/50 split between movement and combat.
There's lots of movement abilities and lots of tech, including dodging, drifting, and the ability to run up walls. Props are also fully destructible and can be sliced to pieces with Flynn's claws, as well are enemies! There's also a focus on story - the full game will be akin to a mix of Scott Pilgrim and Metal Gear.
FEATURES:

Tons of movement abilities will make Sonic fans feel at home and will be innovative FPS fans.Shoot!

It dosen't work at all. Black Screen.
Hey, so sorry it didn't work! I got a lot of downloads with that, so I lost out big time lol.
Unity has a bug where if you save a scene, it automatically gets removed from the scene tree. I honestly hate using Unity lol, but a new build is coming right up that functions properly.
EDIT: Just uploaded a new build so you can give it a try! Sorry about the inconvenience!
Why not try learning the Godot Engine on the side? Looks more aesthetically pleasing and is open source.
My last fully released game (Sock It) was in Godot, and I loved it. Worked on that for 3 years.
Problem was I realized I needed a framework for the movement, and the best most Adventure-y one I could find (at the time was) Hedgephysics. Because of that I took the risk of moving to Unity and paid the consequences.
It's not teeeerible, but this one bug is wicked bad. It's also just too late, I made too much on this engine.
But yeah, Godot is great.
Well I hope you one day get back into the groove of Godot
