Slashbang - Vectical Slice

Enter Slashbang - giving new meaning to the term "movement shooter".

Slashbang aims to be the fastest paced FPS around. Inspired by the likes of Jet Set Radio and Sonic Adventure, there's a distinct 50/50 split between movement and combat.

Don't kill them all. Just go!

There's lots of movement abilities and lots of tech, including dodging, drifting, and the ability to run up walls. There's also a focus on story, which will be akin to a mix of Scott Pilgrim and Metal Gear.

This is an in development game currently in the prototype stage, looking to get picked up by a publisher. The aim of the full game is to have unlockable weapons obtained by beating stages in a nonlinear fashion (Akin to Mega Man), each with different movement abilities, and a full satirical comedic narrative.

Currently this build has one full level, and an intro cutscene. There is an upcoming boss as well as some other minor story content.
